Perfect for family, clean and warm, farm animals around. Recommend spring for lambs and calves along the way, very green. Day trip to Napier pretty easy or just have a picnic at Tutira and chill!

The map suggests that it may be divided into two however there were at least 4 single rooms attached to ours which were not sound proofed, so could hear everything from the other rooms.
