The room was very clean, bathroom was big, bed was so soft and fluffy. We could also easily cast from the phone to the TV.

âThe photel is a old office or parliamentarian building, so it's kinda weird to walk the hallways to your room. When you step in to the hotel, you will probably be amazed, since the first impression of this place is, impressive. It's a really nice ground floor/atrium with a nice (?) restaurant. I had problems getting a good connection though to the web. However, a member of the staff helped me get online.â
âIt looks nice on the outside but itâs very shabby and old on the inside. Breakfast was only so so with no decent bread or cereal. It so loud nd noisy that you canât sleep after anyone in the hotel has woken up and started moving around. â
âSo east to get to with parking opposite and easy proximity to the promenade and the shops and theatres. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was good and the coffee was ethically sourced. We ate twice in Platform 9 and there's a good choice of food. â
âOne night stop with my adult son in a twin room. It was perfect for us. Loads of parking, which is important, staff very helpful and enough of them on duty, which is rare these days.â

Staff excellent, room nice and big and clean, very comfy beds.
Breakfast fab, swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room so relaxing.
