This cosy and familial 95 sq. m villa on one level includes :
- a beautiful 550 sq. m garden, with a large terrace, a nice swimming-pool and a pergola,
- a large and bright living room,
- a bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm),
- two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm),
- an open well equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, oven, microwave, hotplates, dish-washer, fridge, freezer),
- a bathroom with shower,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- TV, stereo, Wi-Fi, fans,
- cars can be parked inside the court. It is formally forbidden to recharge your electric car in this accommodation, on pain of bail.

## Neighborhood

Located between the Basque and the Landes Countries, you will be at the best place to fully enjoy the animations of the Coast, while resting in a calm and peaceful environment. Shops will be just nearby, including a supermarket and several restaurants 3 min by car away, and it will just take you 10 min to join the beach. At last, in a few minutes driving, you will reach the cities of Bayonne, Biarritz or Hossegor.

## Transit

Platanes bus stop → 4 min by foot
From the station (Bayonne) → 30 min by transports or 15 min by car
From the airport (Biarritz) → 55 min by transports or 25 min by car

At your arrival, you will be welcomed by the concierge of Welkeys who will give you keys and will assist you during your stay.
