At Planet Costa Dorada, we are committed to providing services typical of the hotel industry. Our reception team will be available to attend to you and provide continuous assistance. We will perform periodic cleaning of the accommodation, including weekly bed and bath linen changes. We also offer additional services, such as laundry and luggage storage. If you wish to enjoy catering and restaurant services, we will be delighted to provide them to you.



The client will expressly authorise entry into the accommodation in their presence and in their agreed absence for the personnel required for cleaning and changing linen.



The luggage storage service is limited to a maximum of 2 suitcases per guest and a maximum weight per suitcase of 23 kilos and 158 linear centimetres.

Tourist tax not included in the price. Payment will be requested prior to arrival.



A deposit of €1,000 with a credit card will also be required. Refundable 7 days after departure.



Mandatory to complete online check-in before arrival in order to collect the accommodation keys.

Internet connection via WIFI is a service that the company offers free of charge for actions that consume a not very high amount of data. This service has not been taken into account when setting the reservation price, so it will not be possible to claim due to speed problems or lack of connection.
