Nice apartment, air-conditioned and completely renovated, located in the area of the port of Tarragona, near the beach and the train station.

The apartment consists of one room, heated with double bed. Full bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room with a double sofa bed, air conditioning and access to the balcony overlooking the Plaza de los Carros. The apartment is on the first floor without elevator and has all the necessary appliances (hob, fridge, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, TV). As well as linens and kitchen utensils.

The apartment is located in Plaza de los Carros, 4 min walk from the train station and 7 min walk from the beach 11 min walk from the Serrallo neighborhood (typical fishermen's neighborhood, with its own personality and charming restaurants, where you can taste the best fish and seafood of Tarragona). In a quiet neighborhood, with very good communication with public transport. with a variety of restaurants, shops, cafes and supermarkets. Located 13km from the airport of Reus, 13km from Salou and 14km from Port Aventura.

2º. The apartment is rented with sheets but without towels, Supplement towels € 4 / person.

3º. Check-in from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: delivery of keys from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.)

Departure time of the apartment: no later than 11 o'clock

4º. Please leave the apartment at the same conditions as they found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests cannot leave the garbage in the apartment.

5ºRespect the rules of the community and the neighbours.

6º. It is necessary to present the documentation about the identity of the clients and sign the contract.

7º The deposit will be managed by InmoBooking through pre-authorization of the card.

8º. The tourist tax will be managed by InmoBooking and will have to be paid on the day of entry to the apartment.
