“Motel 8 breakfast, no stated "jacuzzy" just a dirty jetted tub in the room, no workout room as stated in the advertised section of Expedia. Coolest thing was a fire place in your room but that eventually got old. Stayed for 3 nights 2 we booked without Expedia, won't do that again. It's a must to book through a sight as it's sooo much cheaper. The comparison is, motel 6, with a fire place, in the middle of nowhere, with nothing to do, for a lot of money... plus they over charged us for a meal...

“We stayed in an accessibility room which was a suite. Ample space. Air conditioner was too far from sleeping area. I don't know why they had a bench type piece of furniture at the foot of the bed. I moved it in to make the room more accessible. We had to ask at the front desk for more toilet paper. Breakfast was ample, eggs actually pretty good which I can't often say for powdered eggs. “The room was very clean, something as a former maid I always look for. Staff was very helpful. We loved the soaps and staff was great about finding which particular soap brand used and even a store location for us. Motel was quiet at night and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchenette was perfect for our needs, we didn't plan to cook any meals but morning tea and coffee were much appreciated. “Pretty dirty was run down. The owner stays on the property but looks homeless. He is nice but super sketchy. He cleans the rooms. Goes through the trash cans just all over weird. I wouldn’t take kids here it was super unsafe. Not worth the money”

“Jewel at the front desk was great. She has a warm smile and demeanor, and really makes you feel welcome. Property is pet friendly which is one of the reasons we chose the hotel. Parking is limited and first come first serve. Street parking was easy to find, but I imagine it would be a problem in peak season or weekends. Breakfast room has a balcony terrace that overlooks a beautiful garden and creek area.”
