“Nice”

“We arrived at the hotel and unloaded all our luggage in our room. I didn't notice right away, but I eventually caught this exposed, bare wiring sticking out from under the light fixture. I had my 4 year old in the room at the time clicking all the light switches on and off. I'm no electrician but I'm pretty sure if this wire was live, my toddler could have been SHOCKED. I brought this up to the front desk along with pictures and they apologized, but told me they were unable to comp or discount...

“The staff were perfect. When they were advised we had two worn out service dogs (we had been on the road 13 hours) they pointed out the very suitable doggy relief areas and provided a ground floor suite as requested. Nice big room, comfortable with large sitting area and a comfy big bed. As we were in transit, we did not have an opportunity to check out the other amenities. Though it is not a new building, that is part of the charm. I give it 5 stars!”

“Good clean room. Very basic. No amenities but good value for someone traveling alone that just needs a place to sleep. Good location about 8 minutes from downtown.”

“It is a very pleasant location and nice quiet rooms. But... I had paid with Expedia and my visa was charged again (more) at checkin. I saw it later and went to desk. She apologized and it looks like it was reversed, but would not have been. Also at checkout they refused to give me a receipt saying that this was expedia's issue, not theirs. ”

“Always enjoy staying here. Always parking. Easy to walk to our favorite breakfast spot - Mornjng Glory. Rooms are clean. It is quiet. Not walking distance to downtown but right next to campus.”
