“It was very nice and pleasant stay. Deepak took care about each and everything from checkin to checkout, room cleaning and food services etc. Chef prepared Jain food and food suitable for kids. Food was tasty and delicious. They prepared it early morning before 7am also because we need to start early to catch flight. I will like to stay again same place and even suggest others to experience.”

“Perfect place to stay and have a nice dinner. ”

“Juniper Reaidency is the most convenient three-star hotel to the shared jeep stop. The proprietor helpfully arranged a half day taxi to all the nearby sites I wanted to visit and also recommended a few I didn’t know about. She also arranged a taxi for a cheaper rate than I was able to negotiate myself. The restaurant here is currently under renovation. You may need to request additional bedding. The hotel has access to all the clean water you would need.”

“Host Sunny is very kind and hospitable. He went out of his way to help me in many ways. The property is lovely, high above the city in the forest and a nice walk to the Bird Park and Rabdentse. Very nice in every way. ”

Dinner is available in the restaurant and the food was delicious. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel. It is in a great location with a stunning view of the landscape. ”

“Hospitality by the staff is excellent.”

“Service is extremely poor. From room service to serving the food, everything is late and incomplete. The staff is incompetent and except a very few they do not pay any attention to the customer's needs. For every room service (water, towel etc.) one needs to call up the reception multiple times. Bed was dirty with scattered hair, when we checked in. Television does not work. Overall, whatever is projected in the internet is absolutely rubbish. Its a waste of money. The only saving grace is the...
