Bed was very uncomfortable (very hard mattress and roughly filled pillow, not soft at all). Ventilation system blasted the entire night and couldn’t be turned off. Refrigerator compressor turned on at random times. I could hear neighbouring rooms’ phones vibrating. Breakfast serviceable, but often out of food.”
