- 3 bathrooms with bathtub
- 3 living rooms on the ground floor: 1 kitchen/dining room, 1 large living room with kitchen, 1 TV room. A last large room is used as a playroom for the children.

Away from the eyes, you can enjoy the absolute calm. With 3 staircases in the house, each room also enjoys its own privacy.
The house has a large garden with a view of the Château du Taureau and the Ile Louet. The garden is not enclosed and opens up to the fields as far as the eye can see.

- Pets are accepted under certain conditions. Please contact us before booking. A financial contribution may be required.

- The cleaning must be done by the tenant at the end of the stay. A mandatory \intermediate cleaning" fee of 50 euros is charged at the time of booking and corresponds to the disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants. For those who do not want to think about cleaning before their departure, we also offer an optional "full cleaning" package at 125 euros.
