This modern one bedroom apartment is located directly across the road from the lake, and only 2 minutes walk to the very popular 2 Mile Bay Sailing Club where you can enjoy wood-fired pizzas, cold drinks or a coffee on the lake. Only a 5 minute drive from town centre, this apartment is well-equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable time in Taupo.

The apartment complex has a swimming pool – please note this is not heated.

Additional: 1x Single fold out sandwich style bed (recommended for children only)

If you require bedding for the single fold out bed, please let us know at least 7 days prior to your arrival.

Parking: off street parking space available for 1 vehicles



Security Cameras: There are security cameras set up at the exterior of the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside, or pointing at the outdoor sitting area.



Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.



Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



No parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
