“My son and I booked accomodation. We got there and it was a bed and a couch. My son in 6'4" and left the double bed to me and slept on the short couch. We were looking forward to using the pool in the room. Holy hell, the bottom of the pool was covered in what looked like dead skin and only the saints know what the heck that stuff floating on the top was. We paid good money for that accomodation and were bitterly disappointed. Staff were helpful. Parking outside our room was taken up by...

“Bra, ligger väldigt nära till lake Taupo. Hjälpsam personal. Lägenhet med liten uteplats med allt man behöver. Plus att det fanns möjlighet att tvätta.”

“Outstanding value! Clean, well maintained, generous size, quiet and comfortable. This is a small 'boutique motel'. We loved the two bicycles that are available for free use to ride on the path along the lake's shore. We loved our stay here and highly recommend.”

“Så fint och ligger faktiskt vid sjön. Helt otroligt fräscha rum. Bemötande vid ankomst var jättetrevligt. Helt enkelt full pott! ”

“Nice hotel with good cleaning services. Would have been even better if the kitchen had a fan and if the bathroom floor had heating.”

“Trevlig personal.”

“Sails on the Lake is a comfortable lakeside motel about 1.3km from the centre of town and by the popular Taharepa Reserve beach. We stayed in a one bed suite. It was very comfortable and well equipped with a seating area, kitchen, bathroom and separate bedroom with a comfortable bed at the rear of the unit. Being in the rear group of apartments (lower level) we had no road noise. Parking was in front (and the apartments reached by a short staircase). The bedroom is quite bright until the lights...

“EV charging was an unexpected bonus!”

“Trevligt lägenhetshotell med gångavstånd till centrum. Serviceinriktad personal. Tyst, rent och snyggt.”

“Disappointed with how dated the decor and furnishings were for the price. Parking was very tight and our room was tucked around the back with no view. It was spacious but that was about all that was going for it.”

“A hidden gem right on the lake front. We had room 3 - stunning lake and mountain views! Location is just spot on for quick access to everything. Quite - no road noise, a spa tub in the room, excellent heating and a comfy bed to boot. What else can I say? Book it!”

Trevlig mottagning i receptionen.
