Family beach house at the Mount

This is a great spot for your family holiday. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space at the property and entertainment for the kids. Two minutes to the beach and a few minutes more to the local cafe and takeaways or the park and playground.

We are really looking for someone wants to rent the place for 3 or more weeks over the summer holiday period (so priced lower than if short term rental), but get in touch if you are thinking something different and maybe we can sort something out.

4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, open plan lounge and dining with views to the beach so you can check the surf without leaving home! Two outdoor living areas. One upstairs with sea views, dining and a BBQ. A second downstairs dining area with BBQ and easy access to the trampoline and playhouse. Ideal for families. Plenty of kids toys and a table tennis table to keep everyone occupied when the sun gets too intense outside (or if its raining).

Main bedroom has queen size bed. Two kids rooms with bunk beds. Fourth bedroom is set up for serious tale tennis competitions but also has a king single trundle bed. Trundle bed can also be set up as two singles or put together as king.

House comes with our cat Coco who will ask to be fed and watered a few times a day and will probably join you for walks to the beach. She's not a sit on your lap type of cat but always keen hang out with people.
