Our property offers: 24 hour front gate security, Heated Junior Olympic Pool with 15 person hot tub, tropical Beach, Marina, Tennis/Pickle ball courts. Enjoy our newly re opened ISLAND GRILL pool bar!



The Space:

*Please note that building 2 will be undergoing work on the roof starting April 13th until approximately May 17th. Front parking area will be closed during that time. Work will only be conducted Monday - Friday, 7 a.m.-7 p.m.*



Modern coastal decorated, 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath Condo that sleeps 6 comfortably. Discover the perfect blend of style, comfort and convenience in our well-kept, newly renovated condo.

Tennis & Pickle Ball rackets are provided!

You have then entire condo to yourself. We have a 24 hour Self check-in process with local Vacation Rental Management Support.



The Neighborhood:

Lots of space to walk and explore in our exclusive 69 acre quiet reserve. You are not confined in a hotel but allowed to explore the property. There are many areas to sit and watch the sun rise or gaze at the waves including our new tiki hut perched over the ocean.



Getting Around:

You will need a car to explore the Florida Keys. If you don't want to leave property, you can take a shuttle from Miami international airport AND Fort Lauderdale airport: website: keysshuttle

The room was very clean and the furniture was nice. The mattress was good. The pillows were good. There were towels and a small amount of toiletries. The kitchen had everything you need. The pool was very nice. You need to get there early if you want a chair. The bar is fine - small.

Good base location for activities in the central Keys area. Property was very well maintained and exactly as advertised. Great option for 4 people. There are good local food options and activities like fishing, jet skiing, and snorkeling are just a few short minutes away. Would return if in the area again.

We had a great stay at the Finch’s in Tavernier, FL. The condo was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for enjoying the Keys. Everything was as described, and the hosts were helpful and easy to communicate with. It was a relaxing spot for our trip, and we’d definitely stay here again.

The property was as described and clean. The view from the small deck, which only two people can sit on, was exceptional. Loved the rental setup, it was perfect for two couples. The surprise to me was the surrounding property; it was exceptional. Has a pool and hut tub with a Pool Bar, plus the walkways at the beach point offer great views and ambience. There is also a restaruant in walking distance at the point. The bonus was that the restaurant's food was excellent, with friendly service in a great location. Highly recommend this property with its favorable location for exploring the Upper Keys.

Everything was extremely efficient both with check in and check out processes. The condo was clean and the property in general was in tip top shape. The condo was very nice and accommodating. All supplies that are needed on a daily basis such as hand soap, kitchen supplies, shampoo, body wash & hair conditioner. The beds were very comfortable as well as the furniture. Very very clean. My only suggestion would be to add a tv to the 2nd bedroom. 5 star condo would be my rating!

Perfect Vacation

Well appointed condo with everything you could need! Easy check-in/checkout, well stocked kitchen, pickleball and tennis equipment, large pool with snack bar and cocktails, little beach area with pier, and perfect local to the keys! Heart of Ocean Pointe Review

We had a great 2 night stay at this property. The owners communicated early on so we were prepared for our stay, and checked in with us a couple of times to make sure our visit was going great and to see if we needed anything. The room was very well appointed, much better than most rentals I've experienced....it even had lots of equipment for outdoor activities, which was great! It was very clean and comfortable, and allowed our party of 2 adults and 2 teens to have their own space. Loved it and would definitely stay here for future visits.

Perfect!

We stayed a week in 2307. The condo was perfect for our trip. They made up the second bedroom into a king for our friends and the 2nd bathroom opens into the 2nd bedroom so essentially we had two master bedrooms! Location was great. Beach area was small but perfect and the pool was clean and nice. Only down side was no food on site. The food truck was not open when we were there wanting food and the other options were also closed. We were close enough to restaurants that we took Uber. We will stay here again.

The unit is well equipped with everything you need, close to the pool and beach area and located centrally to the many attractions in the Keys. The owner and managers did periodic check-ins via text to ensure we were happy with everything. The 'Finch Vacation Guide' was a great addition as well!
