On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped laundry room with tourist information, a separate toilet with a sink, washing machine, and dryer, a step separating the rooms, a large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm) which opens onto a toilet and a private bathroom.

Upstairs, there is a large relaxation area with books, games, musical instruments, and a television, and two suites, each with two single beds 90x190 cm and an adjoining shower room with a toilet.

Outside:
You can enjoy a private, flower-filled courtyard and a garden that offers peace, relaxation, and the pleasure of a barbecue. There is a terrace with garden furniture and three sun loungers.

Parking is available in the courtyard for up to three cars. A closed garage is available for your bicycles.

Additional charges apply: End-of-stay cleaning is €70 per stay.

A security deposit of €400 is required, plus an additional €300 deposit if you are bringing pets. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility (there are steps between the laundry room, dining room, kitchen, living room, and ground floor bedroom). Access is via the gate on Rue des Eaux Bleues, and preferably by reversing into the property.
