Annamaria House is a simple and cozy vacation apartment, equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay just a short walk from the sea.
Located on the mezzanine level of a row of townhouses, the vacation home is accessible via stairs and features a spacious veranda.
The living area consists of a living room with a sofa, a dining room, and a TV, as well as an open kitchen with direct access to the rear balcony.
The sleeping area features 3 bedrooms: two with double beds and one quadruple bedroom with a double bed plus 2 pull-out single beds.
Rounding out Annamaria House are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
Air conditioning is available in the living room and bedrooms.

Annamaria House is located in a residential area in Marina di Mancaversa, just a few hundred meters from the sea and the low, easily accessible cliffs of the Salento Ionian coast.
The marina, located within the municipality of Taviano, offers all essential amenities in the summer, including lovely sandy beaches and coves that are very popular with families.
Quieter than nearby Gallipoli, it is strategically located, allowing you to reach the ?Città Bella? by car in just a few minutes?whether you?re heading to the wonderful beaches of Punta Pizzo and Baia Verde, or to enjoy its nightlife, historic center, and shopping streets.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 47 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
