Villetta Graziana - Salento Reservation is located in Mancaversa just 300 meters from the sea characterized by natural sandy coves interspersed with a low cliff with easy access where bathing is widely practiced. Marina di Mancaversa is characterized by a picturesque seaside village on the Ionian coast of Salento, famous for its beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters. Located in a privileged position, a few kilometers from the bustling city of Gallipoli, known for its nightlife, baroque churches and the picturesque streets of the historic center.
Villetta Graziana is a fantastic facility capable of accommodating up to seven people. Consisting of a large and spacious living room with sofa, armchair and a double sofa bed, a comfortable kitchen equipped with dining table and chairs and everything necessary to prepare meals, an air-conditioned double bedroom, a double bedroom also air conditioned and an additional single bed placed in the hallway that leads to the two bedrooms, a full bathroom with bathtub. Outside there is an area equipped with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue, from which it is possible to enjoy outdoor meals; the outdoor area also includes two comfortable outdoor showers.
Inside Villetta Graziana, nothing is left to chance, everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail.
The property has air conditioning, wi-fi, washing machine, charcoal barbecue, fans and free indoor parking.
From the house it will be easy to reach the sea (only 300 meters away) and also the equipped beaches of Gallipoli (a few minutes on foot or by bike)
Any commercial establishment is very close to the house and within walking distance: bar, newsagent, bus stop, gas station, typical restaurants and more.
Nearby there are also other seaside resorts of great beauty, such as the renowned Baia Verde and the suggestive Punta della Suina, both easily accessible by car. In addition, it is well connected to other towns in Salento, such as Santa Maria di Leuca, Otranto and Lecce, which offer numerous cultural and tourist attractions.
For nature lovers, the area surrounding the property offers various opportunities for hiking or cycling to discover the beautiful Salento countryside and its peculiarities, such as dry stone walls and centuries-old olive trees.
N.B.: The cost of cleaning includes the set of sheets and towels, breakfast supply for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking space, check-in/check-out.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and subject to acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;

- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and upon acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8
