"The bed linnens was kinda dirty. No towels in the room and toilet paper almost empty. We informed the front desk officers that basic amenities were missing. Noise from the road were prominent even if we had our room in the top of the building. It isnt a 4 star hotel maybe like a B n B, a hostel or a one star "

The team there did an incredible job providing top-notch service. The staff were attentive and welcoming, and the quality of the food and beverages was outstanding. The lounge itself was a serene and stylish space, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Bangkok. The hotel facilities were also excellent. The fitness center is well-equipped, the pool area is beautifully maintained, and the spa offered a tranquil escape with exceptional treatments. Everything was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed to create a luxurious and comfortable environment. Lancaster Bangkok truly exceeded my expectations. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers an unbeatable combination of excellent service, fantastic amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere.
