Great hotel, wonderful spa, nice rooms. Dining options seemed to be limited, or maybe it was an off-season thing. I didn't have much time to walk somewhere for a meal, and at the time hotel restaurants were either closed or didn't serve proper meal, so I had to order room service (which was still delicious, but I would have prefered to eat out).

Toch enige nadelen/tekortkomingen
Alles was in orde, maar eigenlijk misschien geen 5-sterren waardig. Ligging is wat buiten centrum. Bepaalde kleine facilities ontbreken. Parking moet je betalen, zelfs als je wordt opgehaald en de wagen rijdt de parking op.

This is proper 5-star hotel. We did not try out breakfast. It has both lovely indoor and outdoor swimming pool with bunch of saunas and steaming rooms as well as spa services. They allow non hotel guests to pay and use outdoor pool, but there is enough room for everyone. Room was spacious and we did not get a room with balcony although we booked, but we’ve got an upgrade. Bathroom is spacious and comprised of both bathtube and shower. All staff are very helpful. We have visited a rooftop restaurant which offers a wonderful view of Tbilisi.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Essen, auch vom Zimmerservice, ein wahrer Genuss. Der Innenpool ist sehr groß, obwohl es ja auch einen Außenpool gibt. Beim Frühstück wurde ich immer von der selben Kellnerin bedient, die extrem nett war und sich stets merkte, was ich trinke, um mir dann alles zu holen. Vom und zum Flughafen habe ich den Hoteltransfer genutzt, der zwar wesentlich teurer, aber sehr zuverlässig und edel war. Ich fand den Aufenthalt alles in allen sehr schön und erholsam. Etwas schade fand ich nur, dass die Putzkräfte sich nur Mühe geben, wenn man Trinkgeld hinterlässt. Ansonsten machen sie nur das aller nötigste oder vergessen gern auch mal, etwas auszutauschen, so einmal beispielsweise die kleinen Händtücher für die Hände neben dem Waschbecken. An dem Tag waren dann plötzlich keine mehr da.

A great hotel by all means. All the staff I’ve encountered and interacted with were very polite, professional and cooperative. The property also was renovated and everything in it is a top-notch. Their ground restaurant & bar have a splendid view over the hills and mountains. I just thought the area is a bit far from the city center and all the attractions. You would need 15 minutes via walking to reach the center. So some people may find the distance to be O.K. Overall, a great hotel & wonderful staff. Definitely recommended!

My bathroom had no exhaust fan. It was VERY embarrassing using the the toilet since all the smells staid in the room. Very embarrassing in front of other people in my room. Shower cabin door had half an inch gap all around it, allowing shower water pour into the bathroom floor, flooding entire bathroom after each shower. I asked the administration to move me to a different room, they ignored me. Very disappointing experience using their bathroom, which is the major room for me during any hotel stay. Hotel administration dont speak Russian, which is also very inconvenient since one of us did not speak either English or Georgian. The room is too expansive for the quality of the room and service. What i liked: very clean sheets and towels, free large water bottles, spacious rooms. Everybody speak English. Rooms are truly sound proof. In general, This is not a five star hotel or service. I would not stay there again.

Great hotel in Tbilisi
I normally stay at a different hotel in Tbilisi but decided to try something new, and it was the Sheraton. Rooms a bit smallish but very comfortable and the staff was great. Food quality at breakfast and in the Say Yes pub was really good.

Great hotel choice in Tbilisi
The Sheraton is a great hotel overall, the hotel staff and quality of the food really stand out. The rooms and bathrooms are a little small-ish but well appointed and comfortable. The surrounding area is not very walkable so rent a car or take a taxi.

매우 청결하고 디자인이 훌륭한, 5성급에 걸 맞는 잘 준비된 호텔. 시내에서 약간 거리가 있어 자동차가 필요한 곳이라 생각했으나, Yandex App.등으로 쉽게 택시 이용 가능하고 지하철역도 5분내 거리에 있어 편리함. 만족도 최고.

The hotel is quite expensive in regards of the amenties it is giving. The rooms and balcony are small . I have been asking the reception to provide us with the robes , dental kit and shaving kits. Buffet is ok , but it comes with limited items
