“Vi valde rökfri men rummet luktade tobak. Personalen visste ingenting. Ingen information, bara en papper som en av dem tog fram för att boka tourer (som vi inte använde). Dåligt frukost och vi fick vänta 30 minuter tills det var färdigt, och det började först kl.10. de hade ingen mjölk. Ingen städning av rummet. Vi lämnade hotellet 2 dagar innan för att det kändes väldigt fel att stanna där. ”

“Hotellet var fantastiskt! Bra frukost buffé, fräscha rum, bra träningsutrustning, poolområde och relaxavdelning. Även en full meny för spabehandlingar fanns tillgängligt. Två olika restauranger med väldigt god mat, asiatiskt och sedan en blandning av medelhavsmat. Hotellet ligger bra till för att ta sig runt i stan. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell. ”

“Very nice hotell close to the center. Location could have been better but absolutely good for me. Staff was friendly although they have a long way to go to be truly serviceminded. Becauce of the pandemic the breakfast was not so good. personel didnt know what to do and some even gave orders to the paying customers. Pandemic or not the one who pays the bill has to have the final word. Anyway the stay was pleasant and looking forward to come one day back.”

“Welcoming and cozy reception. Young but compliant staff who spoke excellent English. Even though they said it was a non-smoking hotel our room reeked from smoke when we arrived. Although, we didn't complain about this so maybe they would have changed our room if we did. The smeel vanished during the evening, probably due to good ventilation. Far from city centre/tourist attractions but fairly close to the convenient subway. Our taxi had som problems to find the hotel since the area is a bit...

“The hotel is beautiful with spacious rooms and big pool and gym. Unfortunately the personnel doesn’t feel so friendly, in many case they don’t even greet you. Such a pity for a 5 star hotel.”
