Ok boende. Lite slitet med väldigt sluten utrustning om man vill använda det gemensamma köket. Ligger ett stenkast ifrån stranden men lite utanför staden med tråkig transport sträcka dit.

Perfect for family, clean and warm, farm animals around. Recommend spring for lambs and calves along the way, very green. Day trip to Napier pretty easy or just have a picnic at Tutira and chill!
