They host a very high quality continental breakfast with home made bread, eggs cooked to your liking. “Mycket bra standard, fräscht och stort rum. Läget var bra, men lite lurad kan man förstås känna sig av namnet "Scenic Hotel", som antyder utsikt - i vårt fall över vackra Bay of Islands. “I very much enjoyed the time at Breakwater Motel (Paihia), during my stay there (4 nights in the beginning of January 2014). Paihia may be a turbulent place this time of year, but this hotel is located in a little bit more silent area (still close to the center, which is just a 2-3 minute walk away). The apartment was comfortably big and had a nice, modern standard & a great ocean view. The personnel was also very kind & helpful. Best regards, Jonas”

“A nice hotel with a very good location! Beds were comfy, good black out curtains, all was quiet. We didn't try the restaurant, so we have no opinion on the restaurant services except the bar. The Whisky sour we were served was nothing to write home about.”
