“The team here is fantastic! Everyone we interacted with was friendly and genuinely helpful. It made such a difference after a long day exploring Mexico City.”

“Wonderful place right on Zocalo square with lovely rooftop restaurant, living up to advertised expectations. Friendly and very helpful staff. Also quiet to my surprise, even with window facing daytime busy street. We could sleep with window open :-) Free water and cafe for hotel guests adds to the benefits. Overall a great experience.”

“STAY AWAY from this hotel. The management is absolutely horrible. We have a group of 11 people staying here this past weekend. In one of the bedrooms, the lock to the bathroom was defective and locked on of our family in the bathroom for over 20 mins. While trying to get her out as she was panicking over clautrophobia, it turned our the latch was not properly affixed to the wall and it was loose. “Muy buen servicio”

“I had a wonderful stay at Gran Hotel in Mexico City! The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Everyone was attentive and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The excellent cleanliness and warm hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!”

“Beautiful building and interior, nice food (breakfast) and drinks, very comfortable beds, clean and spacious rooms (1 and 2). When it comes to service at the hotel, we felt that the will is there, but there is a lack in the execution. ”

“Lovely boutique hotel with only 5 rooms. I highly recommend it if one wants a quiet refuge close to the sights in the Centro district.”

“Clean, easy access to everything and 6 min away walk to Zocalo”

“Overall, the stay itself was good, and I'd come back but the service left something to be desired. I checked in late at night, so I understood that check-in was kept to the basics. That part was fine. What stood out more was the general feeling from the staff throughout my visit: it often felt like they didn't really want to be there, and not one of them ever introduced themselves by name, so I can't single anyone out good or bad. I went up to the rooftop bar a couple of times at night, and...
