“Trato muy cercano y personal muy atento. La habitacion esta genial! La recomendamos sin ninguna duda!”

“Great location, near the metro and beautiful neighborhood. The room very comfortable, with full kitchen”

“Lovely location in a quiet but yet bustling area close to the city center and very near the San Cristobal Hill. Charming and very well maintained hotel. Staff was lovely and went above and beyond to help me plan my two days in Santiago. They were also available via WhatsApp for suggestions and arranged a very smooth airport pickup for me. Rooms was a delight (quiet, spacious and great bed) and I was offered a free upgrade. The hotel has a very nice courtyard for sunny days. Breakfast was good...

“Buena ubicación”

“Fantastic building, great friendly staff, good breakfast, nice pool, very good location”

“Först det väldigt positiva, extremt sköna sängar! Trevlig personal i receptionen. Rent och fint. Perfekt läge! Minus: personalen i frukostrestauranten verkade trötta av livet, de stod fyra, fem männsikor med sina telefoner och gjorde ingenting. ”

“Overall it worked for what I needed. The mold in the bathroom was not good.”

“The building is located in a nice area. You can take wonderful walks. There is a park nearby. There is a good food store within ten minutes walk from the apartment. There are many restaurants around the apartment building. It is a good deal to stay at that property.”

“the staff in breakfast very kind and great. the woman in recepcion very kind and great but the 2 guys where not great. when i complained about toilet not worked they did not even said i am sorry for that. ”

“Hotel was like Premier Inn, it was basic but was enough for 1 night Stairs need lighting that switches on automatically, almost tripped in the dark! No elevators so lugged heavy suitcases to the 3rd floor. Not fun. The toilet roll was on the opposite side of the bathroom - why? It was extremely hard booking a taxi or Uber from there - day or night.”

“Its a good hotel with friendly staff. It is in a very calm and safe area with security cameras everywhere. English speaking tourist should take not on that there arent many restaurants in the area there the staff talks english and even if the area is nice and calm there arent so much to see and do there”

“The information was clear, breakfirst was not included. But anyhow, a complementary breakfirst pack was put in the fridge. Nice guesture and very appriciated. ”
