Despite difficult circumstances David Borne and Amy on reception plus the rest of the staff were excellent and very friendly and knowledgeable about the area around Droitwich and Worcester.
One of the guests left a shower or bath running with water coming through the ceiling into the restaurant area at 7 pm ish but all the staff mucked in to sort it out and dry up. Even the ceiling tiles were replaced over night.â

The shower head was too low for us to stand under so we had to bend over to try and take a shower which was too uncomfortable for me so didn't bother
If this was replaced it would be better to have an adjustable one that was higher.â
