“Excellent”

“I expected a lot in this hotel because i book with the VIP access benefits. The staff didnt honor any benefits from VIP access even if I am the only guest in the resort. I was pretty disappointed coz I thought this hotel is exceptional coz it is part of the VIP access benefit. It states in my booking that upgrade is included upon availability but when I came they offered me the most boring room. I paid for the upgrade even if it states that it is one of the benefits as a gold member which is...

“Aksari är ett underbart beläget hotell i en djup grönskande dal. Stora rum med sköna sängar och otroligt bra städning. Fantastiskt trevlig personal som gör allt för att man ska trivas. Det finns två resturanger, en japansk och en balines/internationell. Vi åt bl a en suverän wagu från ironi-grillen. Hela stället andas ett lugn och harmoni. Yoga och spa erbjuds förstås. Rekommenderas starkt istället för stöket nere vid stränderna.”

“Mila and the rest of the staff exceeded our expectations! Our room included breakfast, which was brought to our room every morning and was a huge amount of food, including eggs, sausage, bacon, spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, a bread, basket with croissants, cinnamon rolls, and toast with jelly and butter. “If you only read one sentence of this review, we can only say that we loved it here, much awesomeness packed in one hotel! Me and my wife stayed here for 2 nights. When we arrived we were greeted with 2 guys that carried our bags and another one that welcomed us to the hotel. When we got to the lobby we got a welcome drink on a patio when our room was getting ready (the ac turned on, our bags carried to the room). We had a guy that followed us to the room and explained how everything worked....

“Fina och rena rum med bra frukost. Ända jag kan klaga på är att personalen inte kan så bra engelska men annars välldigt bra hotell nära ubud med free shuttel till ubud central och andra ställen. ”

“Very nice villas in the jungle. Amazing location and cool view of the jungle from the room. Excellent room with clean sheets and clean bathroom. The pools were really nice but the wooden flooring around the pools are getting worn which is tricky with a small baby. The atmosphere was really calm and I believe that this will be the most relaxing stay we have in Bali. Super cool hotel and very attentive staff. We even had a baby crib on the room upon arrival.”

“Väldigt fint hotell”

“I would go back in a heartbeat. loved it so much.”
