The holiday home "La Bodega de Julián" is located in Tegueste and offers beautiful mountain views. This 100 m² complex consists of two separate houses connected by an entrance ramp. The main house, "El Sarmiento" (77 m²), features a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, suitable for 6 guests. The second independent house, "La Escalincha" (30 m²), has a small living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, suitable for 2 guests. In total, the capacity is 8 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), television, and a cot available upon request.



Outside, you can enjoy a covered porch and a spacious terrace. A barbecue is available upon request from the host. You can also relax in the private (unheated) pool and enjoy the mountain views.



Pet policy: Pets are allowed upon request; please ask about the surcharge. The pool is for human use only, for safety and hygiene reasons. A suitable cage is available.



The property does not have air conditioning. There are stairs at the entrance, but for guests with reduced mobility, a ramped entrance can be arranged upon request.



The property is equipped with 2 surveillance cameras located at the main entrances. These cameras only record the access points and do not capture images of private or indoor areas. All recordings are managed in accordance with current data protection regulations and are used exclusively for access control and security.
