A short 50 metre stroll to the beach where you can take a ferry trip across to Teignmouth or visit the hidden Ness Cove beach accessed via an original smuggles tunnel 0.2 miles away. The heart of the village is a gentle wander away and provides a local butcher, bakery, village shop, pubs and much more, meaning everything is on hand within 1 mile.

Although small in appearance, don’t be fooled as the inside space has been perfectly designed to ensure you’re equipped with everything you need. Take the external steps to the first floor and enter through into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner provides breath-taking sea views with large sliding windows, a dining space for two, comfy sofa, Smart TV which can be remotely hidden away, and a well-equipped kitchen including a built-in bean styled coffee machine.
