Good hotel by the sea. Comfort beds and clean room. The only problem is soundproofing. I heard loud service and strange voices in the morning (something like "good morning everyone" as I heard), which was quite uncomfortable as I prefer to sleep long. Another thing as on the first day there were two bottles of sparkling water, next day were two bottles of still water, another day there were no bottles at all and the last day there was one bottle. So I didn't catch the rules :D The area is good, easy to get from the airport via bus and train. Also hangout areas are close.

Good location
Staff at reception friendly and very serviceminded. Helped us a lot. Some staff at breakfast should look for other jobs. The restaurant need a good clean. Dirty chairs, floor and windows.

Great location. A minute walk from the beautiful beaches of Tel Aviv. The lobby and the staff are very nice. The front desk helped me to check in fast. The room are nice and cozy. Complimentary breakfast is also good. Location, location, location is great!!!

The Hotel overall was ok as I was travelling by myself. Being a boutique hotel, the rooms were small, no water bottles provided or a box of Kleenex. Being a Brown Hotel, I thought it would be some what upscale. Looks like they need renovations to the reception area and clean the carpets in the elevator. I would give it a 3 out of 5. Also, not convenient location on Hayarkon.

I had the worst experience. I do not recommend this place at all. The rooms are small nothing like the pictures. Very dark rooms, without any view.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't ask for a better Tel Aviv reasonably-priced beach location. The hallway and stairway carpeting are dark, and the stairways dimly lit; not a good combination. The entry-key app is somewhat buggy.

Great location, even when the rooms are small they are very clean and confortable. The only little thing was the receptionist at the check in was not the most helpful. Everything else and the rest of the staff amazing! Strongly recommend.

The rooms are modern with unique designs on the ceiling, bed and in the lobby. The queen bed was very comfortable. The room is a good size. The staff are friendly and attentive. The location is great, close walk to Gordon beach and Dizengoff Street. Lovely stay!

The reception was very polite, employees also very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the location very close to the beach. The cleaning service was not good for a long stay (1 day they forgot to clean) also air condition had a problem in our last day stay. Nevertheless, the reception gave as an option to change the room which I consider was polite.

Good location, decent hotel
Perfectly comfy hotel right across from Gordon Beach. Bed and pillows are nice avd the front desk team is awesome. The air con broke during our stay but it was fixed relatively quickly. Overall, a good stay.
