Mycket centralt läge. Gångavstånd till shopping, restauranger, nattliv och trevliga promenadstråk. Hotellet är fräscht. Service bra. Missa inte den fina frukostbuffén!

Superb hotell
Det var ett helt underbart ställe att bo på, Underbar service man känner sig som en kung eller drottning beroende på om man är en man eller kvinna. Allt är nära shopingcenter stan buss terminalen tågstationen. På hotellet finns allt swimmingpool, spa, massage mm. Det dom inte har finns mycket nära att tillgå.

Excellent service, nice city-location
The hotel is located in the city part of Tel Aviv, there´s a huge mall connected to it and the hotel has a great gym & spa. So you have everything you need around you. The hotel offers a free of charge bus to the beach. The overall service are not so good in Israel, dont expect international service BUT this hotel is a great exception. The reception, concergie and other service staff are very serviceminded and friendly. I can really recommend this hotel.

Clean upscale hotel in a great neighborhood of Tel Aviv. The room was clean, large and had a great view. Especially helpful is the adjacent access to Israel’s extensive train network. From there you can reach Ben Gurion Airport and every major area in the country.

Desapointing
The room was nice it was clean and had a lot of space. The service overall was bad. Tried to call room service a couple of times (20 minutes wait time overall). Eventually tired to make an order, asked what kind of white wine do you guys have? The answer was "Standart Israeli Wine" (must be a new kind). I ordered two starters and a main dish with a bottle of wine. I was told that it would take an hour to fill the order (not like we are hungry but OK). 10 minutes later they call and say: well, we don't have anything from what you ordered (including the wine) would you like to order something else? Tried to go to the business lounge to grab a coffee, couldn't get in so i went to the resection desk there were two staff members there, one spoke English the second Hebrew, they gave me two separate version on why the lounge is not accessible.

All you expect from a contemporary business hotel - beautiful decoration, close to the train and with a shopping mall downstairs. It is in walking distance to the art museum. I would probably opt for a beach hotel next time. However, the trip to Ben Gurion airport was very quick and easy from here.

I like the location. The staff don’t care about the people. In holiday l cam early at 4pm to park my car and all the gate was locked. I couldn’t park my car. I asked the staff why didn’t they let the guests know they close the gate at 4 o’clock so we can come earlier the answer was nobody told them
