For all our guests' convenience, we ask upon check-in if they would like to open there room's account for extras, by swiping their credit card for an authorization. once the guest does that he/she may charge all additional charges in the hotel on their room account and pay the bill only upon check-out. If the authorization is not taken and the room's account isn't open for charges, each payment has to directly paid at the front desk.
