The Space:

Sun-drenched and peaceful, this 4-bedroom apartment offers a bright and welcoming retreat just moments from the coast. Light pours into every corner, highlighting the modern finishes and soft, neutral tones that create a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

Each of the four bedrooms is bright and inviting, featuring comfortable beds and a clean, minimalist design. One bedroom includes a Jewish bed, offering a comfortable setup for guests who prefer separate sleeping arrangements. Large windows fill each room with natural light, creating a peaceful space for restful nights, remote work, or relaxing after a day of exploring.

There are 2.5 bathrooms in total, each finished with modern tiling and elegant fixtures. Both full bathrooms feature walk-in showers, while a convenient half bathroom is available for everyday use. A washer and dryer are also located in one of the bathrooms, making longer stays even more comfortable.

Other Things to Note:

1. Animals - It is forbidden to bring animals; our apartments are not suitable for this.



2. Smoking - Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. The apartment has a sunny terrace where you can smoke. Of course, while smoking, the cigarette must be put out and extinguished in an ashtray.



3. Parties - The apartments are not intended for mass events or celebrations of any kind.



4. Age Requirement – The minimum age requirement for this property is 30 years old. Reservations that do not meet this requirement may be canceled.



5. The price indicated on the website is for tourists / foreign residents. Without the tourist visa permit, an additional VAT of 18% will be charged on the total booking price. We will not be able to release the full arrival instructions without this payment.

For tourists to avoid this charge, please provide the following:

- Non-Israeli passport

- B2 entry permit (blue or green small note from the airport)

- The reservation name and photo must match the passport and entry permit.
