There was half-eaten food and trash just hanging out all over the perimeter of the hot tub. The pool and hot tub were the main reason I booked this property, and didn't get to use it due to its condition.”

“Bra hotell för skidåkning på många orter i närheten. En skidbuss utanför hotellet direkt till Alta och Snowbird, mycket bra på helgen så man slipper bekymret med parkering. Bra pool och varm bubbel pool. Bra frukost. Man bör dock ha bil för att ta sig runt i SLC. Tyvärr hade vi dåligt med pudersnö när vi var där, men det är ju inte hotellets fel.”

“Esther was fabulous. I likes the ski posters highlighting the father and probably uncles of the owner and their accomplishments. I loved the rooms. The washer/dryer in one frustrated me. I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that.”

“The room was not very clean. We had to request clean sheets and change them ourselves. I had to pull a wad of hair out of the tub drain to be able to use the shower. The furnishings were worn. The breakfast was coffee, some granola bars, muffins in plastic wrap and oatmeal packets. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the staff was very friendly.”
