“I booked this hotel, because it had pool listed. Unpleasant surprise after we checked in to find out that pool has been closed for some years and not planning to reopen any time soon. The foundation sunk . I would like to get reimbursed because we had to stay in the room as there was nothing else to do. Also, this hotel doesn't have an elevator, it was ok with us to walk up the stairs, but maybe some other people with wheelchair, stroller or heavy luggage it would be hard. Breakfast...

Bad things — The tent itself was not as clean as expected, with many bugs on the ceiling and walls. The floor was also not properly cleaned.
