THE SPACE:

Light and bright, the FIRST IN LINE house will set the stage for a memorable mountain experience. Your location on west Pacific Ave. places you directly in the heart of legendary Telluride and all of the magic that this mountain town has to offer! This 4 bed / 4.5 bath home is spread out over 4 levels allowing for large groups to gather in spacious common areas but find solitude when needed. The open living room and kitchen area provide fantastic social settings with observation lofts looking down from above. These glass railed lofts also have two twin XL beds. The two primary bedrooms have King beds with the third bedroom providing a Queen and the fourth bedroom has 2 XL twins that can be combined to make an additional King bed. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the primary bathroom has a luxurious steam shower!

New technology throughout this freshly remodeled home include a SONOS sound system, large WIFI televisions and USB outlets.

Enjoy early morning sunshine from the east facing deck and watch the sun emerge over our iconic Ajax peak. There is private hot tub for guests that will ensure those long ski days or miles on the trails melt away each day!

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to one off-street parking spot and additional parking passes for on-street parking. Once you are settled, there is no need for a car with all of Telluride steps away! The free gondola station is a 1/2 block away and historic main street a block up the hill. The free galloping goose bus makes stops outside your front door and can take you anywhere in town with ease. The tranquil river trail is 24 steps to the south and will take you from your backdoor to the iconic Bridal Veil falls to the east or out onto the stunning valley floor to the west.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

Chairlifts, gondolas, fine dining, quick dining, bakeries, gear shops, historic buildings, happy hour hangouts and hiking trails are ALL within steps of your front (and back) door!
