Boomerang Lodge 8 is a spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo located just one block from Lift 7 and the River Trail, and within walking distance to Main Street, restaurants, and shops. Sleeping up to eight guests, this multi-level home is designed for families and groups looking for comfort and convenience in the heart of Telluride. Guests also have access to a shared hot tub and outdoor green space with grilling areas.

Inside, you'll find bright living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open dining area ideal for gathering after a day in the mountains. Private balconies offer mountain views, and the layout provides plenty of space for guests to spread out and relax.
Additional features include underground parking for one vehicle with stair access to the unit.

Please note that there is a Town of Telluride construction project happening on the adjacent corner from this building. Work is intermittent and construction noise is prohibited between 6pm and 8am, Monday - Friday, and 6pm-9am on Saturdays, and all day Sunday.

ENTRY LEVEL

Gather around the dining table for family meals or enjoy a quick breakfast at the breakfast bar before heading out to explore Telluride.
Also located on this level is the spacious primary suite, featuring a king bed and a private en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, double vanity, plush towels, and complimentary bath amenities.

UPPER LEVEL
The upper level offers three additional bedrooms, providing comfortable accommodations for family and friends.
One bedroom features a king bed and private en suite bathroom.

One bedroom features two twin beds that can be converted to a king with advance notice.
