Miners Union 7 is a light-filled one-bedroom, one-bath condo one block from the center of Main Street. The building dates to 1902, when it opened as the Miner's Union Hospital. It later became the original home of KOTO Radio, where Jimmy Buffett recorded. Today the condo pairs that history with mountain views and modern conveniences for up to two guests.

LOCATION
The condo sits in the middle of town, one block from the center of Main Street. Dinner, a coffee, a boutique, or groceries are a short walk in any direction, and the festivals happen within walking distance. The free gondola is an easy walk and connects town to Mountain Village, with nearby ski access.

The trails are close too. Bear Creek Trail, Tomboy Road, and other hiking and biking routes start a short way from the door.

THE HOME
You enter into the kitchen and dining area, with a bench inside the door to take off your shoes. To the right, French doors open into the bedroom and sitting area. The full bathroom is to the left of the entry.

Ten-foot ceilings and oversized six-foot windows fill the condo with light and frame unobstructed views of Telluride Ski Resort, Bear Creek Valley, Ajax, and Ballard Peaks.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and three ways to make coffee: Nespresso, Keurig, and drip.

By car: park on arrival with your complimentary E Street Parking Permit, then leave the car.

By airport shuttle: you won't need a rental car at all.

To save processing fees, pay by Venmo, wire transfer, or check — contact us for details. Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) carry a 5% processing fee.

• Quiet hours 9pm to 9am. No parties, events, or gatherings
• The condo is on the second level, reached by stairs only. There is no elevator
• 10-gallon hot-water tank, suited to quick showers and normal daily use. Please use moderate water flow and keep showers short; heavy use can empty the tank while it reheats
• Shared coin-operated laundry in the building
• Ski access depends on lift operations and snow conditions
