    Mountain View har tre våningar.

    MAIN FLOOR (Mid Level) - Öppet koncept Great Room, mat, kök, däck, halv badrum, sovrum med eget badrum.

    The Great Room är möblerat med en soffa, läder och barnstol som gör det här rummet ett bra ställe att samla runt elden för att koppla av eller titta på ett stort spel tillsammans på 42 "tv.  Rummet accentueras av ett piano och viskande skiffer vatten funktion. Glaskonststycken pryder de stora nordfönstren.

    Kocken köket är fullt utrustad med rostfria vitvaror, 6 brännare spis och ugn, mikrovågsugn, stack diskmaskiner, kylskåp och ö för prepping.  Det finns också en frukostbar med 4 barstolar.
    Matplats har fyra trästolar runt ett cirkulärt dekorativt träbord och enkel tillgång till däck och utomhus gasbbq.  

    En stor utomhus däck med Weber gas grill, matbord och stolar (endast somrar) och privat 6 personer badtunna erbjuder vacker utsikt över Campbell Peak. Huvudnivån har ett halv badrum.  

    Gäst Sovrum 1 -
    Möblerade med en queen size-säng, byrå, garderob, två sidor öppen spis delad med ett komplett badrum med dubbla fåfänga sänkor, sminkstation, en stor jetted badkar och ångdusch.
    Från Gäst Sovrum kan du gå ut på en liten täckt däck med en stående gasvärmare; Det här är en bra plats att ha kaffe eller te i a. m.

    Övre våningen - 2: a Gäst Sovrum, 3: e Gästrum och delad däck.

    Det 2: a Gäst Sovrummet ligger på översta våningen och är möblerad med en queen size-säng, skrivbord med bildskärm, utlopp däck, byrå och fullt badrum med dubbla fåfänga handfat, stor jetted badkar och travertin kaklat dusch med ramlösa glasdörr.  

    Gästrum 3 -
    En bäddsoffa med full storlek kan vika ut för att göra det här rummet till en tredje gäst sovplats med ett 2: a skrivbord / kontor arbetsområde, tillgång till walk-out däck och ett tredje badrum med dubbla fåfänga handfat, stor badkar och travertin kakel dusch med ramlösa glasdörr.  

    Bottenvåning - Garage, Mudroom, 4: e badrum, 4: e Gästrum, tvättstuga

    Uppvärmd garageparkering för 1 fordon.  Två extra fordon kan enkelt parkera utanför garaget.

    Att komma in från garaget kommer gästerna att gå in i en bekväm mudroom som är den perfekta platsen att släppa skodon och hänga på lager.

    Ofta kallad "barnrummet" har det fjärde gästrummet en soffa som kan vika ut i en bäddsoffa med full storlek, en 32-tums tv, Nintendo Wii, bibliotek och ett badrum med 4 personer ångdusch och jack och jill dörrar .

    Ett tvättstuga med full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns också på bottenvåningen.

Perfect Place to Stay with Multiple Couples

The home was very nicely finished, nicely furnished, very comfortable and spacious. We had 4 separate couples which was perfect with the house that has 4 bedrooms and each bedroom with its own private bathroom. Would definitely stay here next time we are in Telluride.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only problem I encountered was that in the front yard there was a construction site with toilets and bug trucks that partially blocked the view to mountains and also there were workers so we preferred not to go outside to the balcony or use the jacuzzi. It would have Ben nice if we had been informed about it. Once the construction is finished it will be great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived for our stay at dark and had no idea the stunning mountain view that awaited us. Everything was amazing from day one. The heated tile floors, the comfy beds, the fire places, and the well stocked and upscale kitchen, it was all a dream. The hot tub was amazing as well. We arrived at dark and they left the lights on and a humidifier going for us to help combat the dry mountain air. This is a must stay in home, and really close to the town of Telluride but still in the mountains. Everything about this place was amazing and A accomidations.

Spectacular view from the deck!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was set up great for our four couples that stayed for a week. Plenty of space to hang together or be in your own space. The kitchen was great and had pretty much everything we required to prepare meals and dine together. Beds were comfortable for everyone and bathrooms were great. The only two comments heard from the others were the lack of some deadbolts on doors, as we were asked to make sure all doors were locked. And, the small bedroom upstairs has way to much furniture for the room and was hard to maneuver around the bed. We did enjoy the hot tub and the view from the deck. All in all, we had a great time!

Great property, shady management

We enjoyed the house, its amenities and the location very much and would recommend it. The kitchen was nicely equipped and the fireplaces and steam showers in the bedrooms a plus. The dining area could use a nicer table and more chairs. The Management company (Vivid Vacation Rentals) however is very shady. Upon our arrival on 1/22/22 we were informed that they were short on towels and that the hot tub was unusable until maintenance will get there on Monday morning because “it must have gotten used a lot” before our arrival. Even though the hot tub was one of the reasons we rented the house, we agreed not to have access to it for 2 days. We were promised more towels the next morning, but the towels didn't arrive until Wednesday. We finally got into the hot tub on Monday evening and noticed that the water was cloudy, but we're just happy to finally have it available after a long day of skiing. We also noticed that the vinyl headrests of the hot tub were disintegrating and releasing thin flakes of the material into the water. The flakes sometimes attached themselves to our bodies, but we just dealt with it. 5 of us used the hot tub daily after skiing for about 30 minutes. We go on a yearly ski trip and that's our modus operandi and never had an issue with any of the previous properties we rented. We checked out on Sunday 01/30/2022 on time and left the place clean. Later that day we received a notice from management informing us that we were charged extra for our “misuse of the hot tub” which they unwittingly stated was “drained/cleaned and refilled …just prior to [our] arrival.” When confronted with the evidence, however, they corrected themselves that in fact it was serviced about a week prior to our arrival. They also charged us for alleged overuse of towels and linens and a broken chair, but later dropped these claims and refunded part of the overcharge. They claim that we caused the clogging of the filter with debris and hair with required emergency service. In reality, it was the vinyl fakes of the headrest that clogged up the filter. All these allegations were absurd, but they immediately charged the credit card on file without authorization to do so. We are still fighting with the management company and involved the credit card company to receive our money back. If you rent this property, go around and film everything and make sure they come regularly to maintain the hot tub, or you will be charged additional bogus fees.

Amazing stay!

This home was perfect! Very clean, and fully stocked with anything one would need for a comfortable stay. Very short walk to drop right in on a run for a great day of skiing or boarding. Would highly recommend, and we will definitely be back!

WARNING overcharged me $5000!!!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Until I called them, they would have never even acknowledged that they overcharged me $5000! No apologies. Zero accountability. Got to the house and the hot tub water was BROWN. Two members of our group got folliculitis from it. The back door to the house didn't lock. No soap for dishes. Had to ask them 3 times to separate the king bed into twin beds. Internet did not work. It's not a ski in or out the lift is a mile away. It's obvious the property management company doesn't even look at the properties because they told us only 2 cars could fit, when 4 can. A ton of stress with this company. NEVER using them again.

Great kitchen!

Great kitchen with everything a foodie would need to make an epic mountain meal. Everything is labeled and easy to step into as if it were your own home. The management company does a great job ensuring you have everything you need. Multiple steam showers and patio hot tub are fantastic after a winter day of skiing. Not exactly ski in/out without a significant hike up the road but it is a five minute drive to the gondola parking garage and grocery store. Four private bedrooms are nice, each with its own bathroom. One has only a tub and the other only has a pull out couch where another bed would have been appreciated but photos accurately depicted the property. Living room and kitchen are actually more spacious than photos portray. The fireplace in the living room is large and warms the whole space. Satellite TV and high-speed wifi in every bedroom is another welcome surprise.
