  • This cozy and totally private guesthouse, with easy walkability to the gondola and ski slopes, offers everything for a memorable stay in Mountain Village! Enjoy 360 degree views of the ski resort and Elks Lake right from your private deck while you soak in the fresh alpine air!



    Benchmark Cottage features two bedrooms and a shared bathroom, each room offering natural light, brand new queen size beds and a spacious closet. Whether you’re staying for a weekend or a few weeks, the fully equipped kitchen makes dining-in effortless and comfortable. You'll find everything you need to make a 5 star meal including a brand new refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, breakfast bar and a separate dining area for 4.



    The living area offers ample seating and a flat-screen TV, making it the perfect spot to relax after a long day on the slopes. The cottage also includes fiber internet, a washer and dryer and plenty of storage. Parking is convenient in your private driveway right at the base of Benchmark and ski access is a quick 200 yards to the Bridges ski run (double green).



    When booking this home you will have access to FREE Dial-a-Ride shuttle to anywhere in Mountain Village, including the base of the ski slopes. Want to go to town? Just hop on the free gondola (a 5 minute walk on a beautifully maintained trail) for a quick and jaw dropping 13-minute ride from start to stop! Please be aware that this cottage is part of a larger 4 bedroom home that is rented out separately, but it truly feels like a private oasis as it doesn't share any walls with the other rental and has a totally private entrance, driveway, outdoor space.

Great, convenient and comfortable location in mountain village!

We had an excellent stay at this condo. The host was responsive at booking and throughout the stay to answer questions. The unit is as advertised and the location was fantastic for parking, quick walk to market and gondola, access to walking trails and views in mountain village, and a quiet place to rest and hang out. Would stay again!

If I could give this property 10 stars, I would. The place is beautiful, quiet, clean, and peaceful. You have a lake out back; you can walk to the Mountain Village Center. Take the Free Gondola over to downtown Telluride. They have walking paths through the area. The home and gondola are pet friendly as well as many restaurants with patios. This two-bedroom, one bath, full kitchen, and living room is located over the garage of the main house. It has a private driveway off the road. FYI the Main house is absolutely fantastic! I would definitely stay here again.
