TruLux Penthouse: A Premier Telluride Experience
The TruLux Penthouse is located in the heart of Telluride's historic district within one of main street's most iconic buildings. This top shelf property offers guests a premier location, stunning views, a rooftop hot tub, superb style and ample comfort! Enjoy instant access to the best of Telluride with a central locale complemented with large interior & exterior spaces to spread out and plenty of mountain sanctuary & solitude. This modern penthouse has 4 bdrms / 4.5 bths, 3 decks over 3 floors.
THE SPACE
TruLux Telluride has a private ground level entrance that is recessed off of Telluride's historic main street. The entryway has ample storage for boots, jackets, ski gear and more. Put on some house slippers and head up to the second floor where you will find 4 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms with tubs and showers. There is also a large shared living / TV room with a fireplace (1 of 2) that divides the bedrooms north to south. The master bedroom overlooks main street with south and east facing windows. The master bathroom has a walk-in steam shower along with a separate claw foot tub with mountain views! Three of the four bedrooms have king beds with the fourth bedroom containing two single beds.
The third floor has an open kitchen and dining area along with a light and bright living room with a stone fireplace. Head out onto the massive south facing deck that boasts ample outdoor dining areas, couches, happy hour perches overlooking main street and a spacious hot tub for your post-mountain adventures! This massive mountain perch provides 360 degree views of the ski area, the box canyon waterfall and the Bear Creek preserve. The sunsets from this private and secluded rooftop are a must-see!
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full access to this entire three-story penthouse along with two off-street parking spaces access from the alley on the north side of the building.
We also offer a private shuttle service for our guests and information on this will be sent to you in your booking confirmation.

Perfect places to call home while visiting Telluride!
Ideal location to explore the town and mountain. Dreamy rooftop to relax and enjoy the sunsets—360 degree views. Everything you could need, including a really well stocked kitchen if you love to cook and grill.

Best property in Telluride! Hands down the absolute best!!
TruLux in Telluride is absolutely amazing!!! Perfect location in town and incredible home. You will want for nothing in this property! It is perfectly appointed with only the finest furnishings, beds and linens, kitchenwares and more!! We will definitely be back and this is our new “go-to” place in Telluride!

Wonderful location
We had a great time and the location was perfect! Walking distance to Gondola, restaurants and shops! The penthouse is very spacious and beautifully decorated. It had everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. I love that we never had to run by the store for paper towels or kitchen trash bags. We loved the hot tub after long day on the slopes! The master bedroom faces Colorado Ave so it was a bit noisy in the early morning but a sound machine would probably work! It did help us to get up early and get ready for skiing!

Perfect location for family trip
This property is perfect for a family vacation to Telluride. Being right on Colorado puts you in walking distance (or gondola distance) from everything. We parked our car when we arrived and didn’t move it for a week.
The accommodations are top notch and I doubt there is a more perfect spot anywhere in the area. Thank you to Luke and the rest of the property management staff! Everything was perfect and we will be back soon!
