22 Peaks är ett fantastiskt hem med 3 sovrum med majestätisk utsikt över Sneffels bergskedja. Du kommer att njuta av avancerade möten i våra hem-venetianska gipsade väggar, granitytor, antika rustika kastanjgolv och en vinkällare. Utsikten är oöverträffad och skiljer detta hem från andra i samma prisklasse. Bo, matsal och kök är på huvudnivån. Upp en nivå till Mästaren och ner en nivå till mediarummet med en 65''-TV och de andra två sovrummen. Strax utanför medierummet är den täckta badtunna. Det finns ett stort däck utanför vardagsrummet med en gasgrill som vetter mot bergen - ett bra ställe att se solen gå ner medan du tar ett glas vin. Ångduschar är trevliga efter en lång dag med skidåkning - och längdskidspåret är precis utanför. Gratis skidbussar erbjuder transport till butikerna, gondolen och backarna.

Nyckelord: Fantastisk utsikt över Sneffels höjdlinje och dal. Hemmet får mycket sol och är lika bekvämt för både Mountain Village och Telluride. Njut av medierummet, loftet / kontoret med wi-fi, uppvärmt garage med två bilar och badtunna.

Great house, great location!

Family Telluride Ski Trip

Our family stayed at Jennifer and Tobin's house for a week of skiing at Telluride. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The views are stunning. The house was beautiful, clean, and very well laid out so everyone had their own space. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the utensils we needed as we did most of our cooking at home. It also had a wide variety of spices. I felt at home grilling on the Weber grill. The dial a ride and ski locker at the Village base were a game changer for us. We have never experienced such convenience. I would highly recommend Jennifer and Tobin's beautiful house and I hope we have a chance to stay again.

Great ski weekned

This was a great Vrbo for our group of 4. We enjoyed the hot tub and excellent views. Easy access to skiing and the ski locker at the base of the mountain was very convenient.

A MUST STAY!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was stocked with everything that you could need and more. The views are unbeatable and the ease of access to the Market, Gondola and Mountain were perfect. Thanks for a great home to enjoy our vacation at! A bonus was seeing the Elk from the Hot tub!

22 peaks was perfect for our crew of five. Plenty of space and easy access to Mountain Village via the round trip Dial-A-Ride’s that come with the room (two free trips a day available) Thank you for a wonderful home to vacation in!

Incredible view of the mountain range. We saw elk and deer from the house. Immaculate and super-well stocked. Peaceful neighborhood. Easy access to town and gondola. Highly recommend.

Excellent vacation home!

The BEST house!

This house was everything we were looking for and more. Close to the slopes with easy driving access to Mountain village parking garage and town of Telluride. Amazing views. House was clean and had everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy family. The hot tub was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

First trip to Telluride was a success

Tobin’s property was perfect for our group. It had great views from Mountain Village and was just short distance to the lifts. I would definitely recommend Tobin’s property and would love to visit again. The property was very clean and had a lot of extras that were much appreciated (humidifiers for each room so you don’t dry out). Thanks Tobin!

Fabulous property with amazing & (imo) unrivalled views. Lounge and hot tub were really lovely places to relax. Clear instructions prior to arriving and on arrival. Included ‘Dial a ride’ service, in particular, was impressive and made getting to the slopes incredibly easy (don’t worry that it’s not ski in out), so much so that we didn’t even feel the need to use the ski locker. A couple of minor issues were quickly and efficiently resolved by Tobin. Thoughtful welcome touches from hosts as well Highly recommended place to stay and would return in a heartbeat.

Expectations exceeded!

Our home away from home during the bluegrass festival, and I could not be happier about it! Perfect accommodations for a group of 7, including 5 college-aged musicians who slept in the lower level guest room and media room. We woke up to bluegrass music and mind-blowing views every morning! Heaven on earth! The view from the great room, main level balcony, and hot tub is incredible. The house is gorgeous, spacious, comfortable, and incredibly well appointed. From extra linens to a well-stocked kitchen, we found everything we needed and more. Thank you to the hosts for having us. They were very accessible and responsive….part host/part concierge, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Great memories were made here!

Perfect Stay in a Perfect Home

This was an absolutely gorgeous home in Mountain Village! It was perfect for our needs as a family of 5 (actually we had more room than we could use!). Tobin had thought of everything and made us feel very welcome. The home was in immaculate condition and the views out the huge back windows were a treat to wake up to each morning. It was so easy to get into town with the Dial A Ride service and the convenience of the ski locker made this the perfect place for us to stay for our ski vacation. We would gladly stay here again next time our travels bring us to Telluride.

Ski Vacation '23

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our ski vacation to mountain village. This property is exceptional all around with stunning mountain views!!! All the amenities are there with comfortable beds, an inviting hot tub and media room for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. The property owners were super attentive and communicating with them was a breeze. An added benefit was the ski locker and the Dial-A-Ride (DAR) service provided for traveling to the village center and back. We highly recommend this property for an unforgettable getaway on your next trip to Telluride!

Fantastic house, convenient location, welcoming host

Tobin's house is a gem, conveniently located with amazing views, space to stretch out, and all the comforts and amenities of home. He and Jen were welcoming and responsive hosts. The DAR is incredibly convenient, as is the access to Tobin's ski locker. Everything is there that one requires to cook, not only spices, etc., but also utensils and cleaning supplies that are sometimes lacking in a house rental. This was like you were just borrowing your friends' home, and they just left you everything you might need. I am in the hospitality industry, and so there is a high bar. We couldn't have been more delighted!
