Enjoy sweeping views from the outside of the surrounding landscapes with a glass of local wine and good friends, or host a cookout in the backyard for the entire group.
As you enter the gate, the road leading up to the house will take you by the towering Italian Cypress trees that inspire a European feel as you approach the house.
Guests can stay active, as the property has its own private hiking trail, fruit and avocado trees (seasonal). With over 300° of expansive valley, mountain, and city views, you can sit back and relax throughout the property and breathe in the fresh air. The sunset views are amazing from here! If that’s not enough, this rustic yet modern escape is conveniently located near Old Temecula Village (5-minute drive) and Wine Country (7 miles).
Entering the finca, you'll be welcomed by soaring vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light with the perfect farmhouse feel. Get cozy in the great room in front of the inviting gas fireplace. A large flatscreen TV with Hulu is provided for your entertainment as well as Wi-Fi to stream your own device. The great room provides many windows and opens to the kitchen and dining area so that all can enjoy being together in one space.
The kitchen area offers newer appliances including a gas range/oven, fridge/freezer, a microwave, and a dishwasher and two types of coffee makers (Keurig/Standard). The large kitchen island is a perfect prep space for cooking up a tasty meal. The farmhouse style table in the dining room offers enough seating for your entire group as well as additional seating at the bar countertop.

Two bedrooms and one full bathroom are located on the main level just off the living room. There is a Roku TV in one of the bedrooms for all your entertainment needs and a lovely soaking tub for those relaxing nights in the hallway bathroom. The upstairs bedroom en-suite has two queen beds, a walk-in closet, full size bathroom and Roku TV and seating area to sit back and chill. This room is very spacious with a window facing the city light views.
Enjoy playing shuffleboard situated in the upstairs loft area with additional sleeping providing two full size beds and seating area. If work calls, there is a monitor and desk facing the incredible valley, city and mountain views – not a bad place to work or read!

The sunroom offers additional game tables including air hockey and foosball. Off the sunroom you can gain access to the backyard, an open uninterrupted view of Temecula Valley with rolling hillsides to boast. Grill on the propane barbecue or sip a cup of coffee in the warm mountain sun. This outdoor space is a great place to entertain friends and family.

Only a short drive from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego, Temecula is a charming town with lots of character. Known for its upscale wineries and extensive vineyards, Temecula offers plenty of unique opportunities for those who appreciate the art of the grape and delicious food.
