These two homes are just steps apart, nestled within a private vineyard estate in Temecula’s Wine Country, with a combined total of 3 bedrooms and sleeping accommodations for up to 8 guests—an ideal setup for family getaways, couples’ retreats, or groups seeking a serene setting to spread out in comfort and style.

Located along Temecula’s iconic De Portola Wine Trail, this lush estate places you minutes from the region’s most celebrated wineries, charming farm-to-table restaurants, and unforgettable experiences like hot air balloon rides, horseback vineyard tours, and local festivals. The Casita at Vines Estate is a cozy and character-filled one-bedroom hideaway designed for slow mornings and golden-hour lounging. A queen sleeper sofa, brick and expansive vineyard-view windows make the living area warm and inviting. Outside, a private patio with string lights and a hand-sculpted stone tree creates a dreamy space for evening gatherings. The kitchen nook comes equipped with granite countertops, curated glassware, and a bright red Keurig, while the king bedroom and spa-inspired bathroom—with soaking tub and walk-in shower—make every stay feel elevated yet relaxed.

The Villa at Vines Estate offers Tuscan-inspired charm across two bedrooms, accommodating up to four guests with a king bed, a queen bed, and a full-size sleeper sofa, Mediterranean touches, and soft textures. The shared Jack & Jill bathroom connects the sleeping areas, while the full kitchen—with granite counters and full-size appliances—makes it easy to cook or unwind with a local vintage. A private brick patio and lounge area provide the perfect place to gather and savor sunset views over the vines.

Home Truths:
- Our home is in a rural area where wildlife and insects are common. While the property is regularly serviced and inspected, occasional encounters may occur indoors or outdoors. Please supervise children and pets, especially at night. Refunds will not be issued for such occurrences.
- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- This home does not have a washer or dryer available for guest use. (The Villa)
- These are two small, separate dwellings located on a working vineyard. The owner resides in the main residence. The casita and villa are not right next to each other, allowing for privacy. The villa is situated down the driveway from the casita.
- A Tesla charger is available at the Casita for guest use. Please note there is a $15 per day charging fee.
- Both homes include a pullout sofa. These pull-outs are best suited for kids or smaller guests and may feel tight/short for taller adults.
- Please note: The electric fireplaces in both homes are decorative only and do not provide heat.

Parking Details:
- Please make sure you park in the designated property parking locations only. Park up to 2 vehicles in front of the unit. Please do not block the garage.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
