“The room itself was spacious - nice kitchen (w/ refrigerator/stove/microwave/washer/dryer - furniture was cheap couch, dinette and never could get TV to work - Bathroom nice - Bed pretty good The property is located in a little seedier end of Scottsdale road - good sportsbar (Philly's) and a good breakfast diner across the street (front desk staff unaware of this ) If your traveling on a budget, acceptable solution - if you have a little more money, consider alternate location.”

“Nice clean property and room. Located in walking distance to many restaurants. The A/C was ice cold !! Breakfast was nice , staff friendly. There was an odd odor in lobby/hall area that some others mentioned but the rooms were fresh”

“I needed a Phillips screwdriver to put my new license plate on my car. The staff member not only found a screwdriver but walked to my car and put it on for me too. Excellent customer service is difficult to find these days. It was refreshing to see it. Thank you to the kind staff member who went above and beyond.”

“I truly liked this hotel, but the rooms are quite small and the AC placed pretty close to the bed other than that I truly have nothing else to say that wouldn't do a stay here perfect for you. It is placed in a cute area too and the staff is very polite. Was only supposed to stay for one night but we extended our stay, that itself is a high review I would say :) ”

“Front desk staff was on her phone while attending me to check in, charged two cards and made a whole mess for the deposit hold and again the whole time on her phone scrolling through her social feeds and eating a banana the whole time while communicating nothing. Also the elevators were broken had to walk from point A to point Z and on top of that the elevator smelled like vomit.”
