Very convenient right off highway 35. Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean room and nice touch with the coffee machine. Perfect for waiting out the storm.

The stay was nice and the rooms were clean but the next door resident was always playing his or her music loud while doing Karaoke in the room on a microphone.

The property is close to shopping and places to eat ,liked that. The staff comes in when the do not disturb sign is on. She didn't knock just used her key, twice. The crack in the tub was a total disaster.

We were here for a funeral in Temple, Texas. This property was exactly what we needed. It was quiet safe the staff was accommodating, and it was an excellent value for the money.

Wonderful Surprise
I was in room 103 for a day yesterday. While not a new building, the room, floor (no carpet), and bed/sheets were very clean. No bugs. No funny smells, a true non-smoking room. I appreciate the detail especially in cleanliness. Thank you.

I was greeted apon arrival most warmly. He explained he couldnt print me a release (for license plate information) because his printer was down. Said i should get my receipt from Expedia. The room was sparse & furnishings very shabby. Bed was good. TV good. While brushing my teeth, a roach crawled out of the drain. There was no stopper. That happened again the following night. I plugged the drain with washcloths. Sunday morning the hot water ran out at 8 am. The lot had a giant roll off dumpster in my parking space. I parked next to the garbage. Apon arrival my key wouldnt work. The office mgr showed me that the battery was low & if i would wait, it would kick in. I told him i hope i dont get stuck in there. Not horrible, But not good.

Staff was super nice and I really liked her. Did not like difficulty with parking thanks to I assume is a deal with a large construction company or something and all their giant trucks in the middle of the small parking lot. I also did not enjoy them getting up at 2am and making noise. Rooms were clean tho and nice and no other complaints.

When making the reservation I wanted to have breakfast available, and the ad stated it was. Paperwork in the room said breakfast was available 6-9. When I went there at 6:15 I was told they had stopped providing it with during COVID and had not restarted it. Old furniture was outside on the walkways. Storage container in parking lot outside my window.

Very shady location. Strange individuals walking all night. Some even circling my car as if they wanted to break in. Very heavy traffic. Did not feel safe at all. I left most of the night because I was feeling unsafe and uncomfortable

Terrible smell, broken ice machine, cockroach infested, stained wet carpet. Would not stay here again for free.

Maybe the facility is under construction but my room was unfinished. Furniture looked like it was being stored in the room and not functional. Parking area was filled with construction materials and overall it felt unsafe.

The lady at the front desk was not personable and her baby was crying loudly in the back! There was no continental breakfast as advertised! It was supposed to be a non-smoking room and it reeked of smoke. There was no bottom sheet just a top sheet covering the mattress. There was no one in the office when i went to checkout. Someone came and knocked on our door at 12:30 at night 3 times and it was terrifying that they kept knocking and my ten year old was in there with me! I would NEVER recommend this place or ever stay there again!
