“Beautiful room, excellent staff”

“The complimenyary afternoon tea was lovely, I wish they did an alcohol-free option so we could try more of it! The staff are very nice and facilities were good, happy woth the location too. We were travelling by train, I think we would stay nearer to hakata station next time. ”

“It was a 5 minute walk from the train station and there were several eating places steps away and across the street. Lawsons right next door. Big department stores right down the street so it was in a very convenient area. The hotel room was very spacious and clean. There was an ironing press and some kind of washing machine in the room (instructions in Japanese and we didn't need it so we didn't inquire).The staff were polite, cheerful, and very helpful when we asked questions. “It seems there are different grades of rooms at this hotel. We booked it because of the excellent reviews, but the room we were given on the eighth floor was very old, worn-out, and dirty. After we complained, they moved us to a room on the fourteenth floor, and it was on a completely different level—newly renovated, clean, spacious, and with super comfortable beds!”

“Hotel is walking distance to the bus and train station, many shops, and mall. Staff was helpful and friendly. Even though there was construction going on during our stay, it did not bother with our sleep. Free coffee station was available 24/7. We would stay here again.”
