“Made in Louise was excellent. Must have been very recently completely refurbished and renovated; very much a "designer hotel" with a tip-top ambience. My only suggestion for improvement is this: I had an early flight from Brussels, and had to check out before breakfast was served. Most hotels would in that situation offer you a small bag with perhaps a small bottle of juice, an apple, a hardboiled egg, a couple of sandwhiches, or so.
