Sängarna var stenhårda, har nog aldrig sovit så dåligt. Städningen var väl ok, nu smutsar vi ju inte ner men det luktade bara nystädat en gång på en vecka när vi kom tillbaka till hotellet. Lite dåligt påfyllt med tvål till dusch. Utsikten var dock underbar! Väldigt spartanskt inrett.

Helt okej. Vi hade läst online att man inte klarade sig utan hyrbil vilket visade sig vara väldigt sant. Extremt kall pool vi badade tyvärr bara en gång. Sovrummet hade en jättefräsch säng men bäddsoffan var så extremt äcklig. De städade väldigt dåligt och vi var tvungna att be om t.ex. byta lakan. De tar betalt för pool-handdukar vilket var sjukt... Men helt ärligt över lag är jag och min familj nöjd, pool-området var fräscht, jättefin utsikt, personalen var schysst, buffen såg god ut men vi åt aldrig där (hade ej all inclusive). Hade 100% kunnat gå tillbaka om poolen hade vart varmare :)

Fräscht hotell på berget!
Bra och fräscht hotell som ligger uppe på ett berg, observera att det är en lång promenad som kan innebära taxiresor. Nybyggt med bra personal och modern miljö.

Hotellet låg på hög höjd med en hel fantastiskt utsikt och naturligt blir det en bit från stranden med backig hemväg. Räkna med en del taxiresor. Lägenheten var jättestor med 2 våningar och 2 balkonger. Städerskorna bäddade, bytte handdukar och tömde sopor dagligen. Poolområdet var rent och fint och hade samma magiska utsikt som lägenheten. Personalen på hotellet var överlag jättetrevliga och hjälpsamma. Det enda som fanns att klaga på var dammigt under sängarna. Vi var som helhet mycket nöjda med hotellet och kommer sannolikt välja det igen om vi åker till Teneriffa. Mycket prisvärt.

Fantastisk utsikt och bra träning med promenaderna (20 min) uppför på hemvägen. Halva tiden hyrde vi bil och fixade ett kontantkort, vilket gav GPS för bilutflykterna och internet på rummet. I köket fanns inga förbrukningsartiklar alls så som diskborste och diskmedel.

Too far from anything and have to scale a small mountain every time you want or return to the hotel. The hotel doesn’t catch sun until the afternoon and the staff are extremely unhelpful

Apartments themselves are okay, the beds and aircon on the other hand are a different story, not what you want on a 2 week stay! Staff and facilities are good enough but it’s the rooms that let it down.

A very nice facility with spectacular views. Hiring a car is a MUST as they are up on a hill. Reasonably priced, clean room, would recommend.

Wonderful views from the property! Disappointed the restaurant was closed (and not advertised when booking). The pool was nice, but absolutely freezing water temperature. The room was tidy but the pillows were yellow and a bit disgusting, there was water damage, ants and residue in the bathroom. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

The hill will dominate your daily decisions
Overall it’s a nice place our room was a little tired beds a bit uncomfortable and shower room flooded because drain was blocked, reported to cleaner but nothing fixed. The views are great we enjoy long walks but prefer level ground walks. I booked fully aware of the hill but it did dominate our decision on what to do and when.

Shockingly terrible.
I stayed here with my 10 year old daughter, brother and brother in law. My brother in law had stayed 5 times previously but after this stay it’s fair to say non of us will be back. Upon check in we were made to sign terms and conditions - something which we didn’t oppose to we felt it was great that the measures to protect us all were in place. However on the Friday a bus full of Spanish residents arrived for a “party weekend” which was total hell, music played from 8pm friday until 9am the Saturday morning, security done nothing about it, didn’t get any sleep at all. All beds around the pool were reserved - but no one was using them tried to take a couple of beds and ended up in arguments with the Spanish residents, no social distancing/mask policy being enforced, the pool had over 50 people in it at one point - my daughter couldn’t get to swim, complained to reception and we were told there was nothing that could be done, they knew it was over crowded and loud but the “management” had allowed it. We ended up demanding to be moved rooms as the noise was unbearable and the hotel staff weren’t doing anything. The room we moved to was nothing short of filthy and run down, balcony doors wouldn’t open properly, wardrobe doors were broken, filthy - hadn’t been cleaned in months by the looks of it. Utterly appalling for 4 paying guests to be treated this way - all because the management wanted to pack the hotel with local residents to cash in for a party weekend. Won’t be back.

We booked a 3 bed apartment and it was lovely. One double bedroom with separate toilet/wash room downstairs and 2 further double bedrooms upstairs along with the main bathroom. the main bedroom had a lovely balcony with a table and 4 chairs in which we watched the sun rise and set every day. beautiful sea views and on a clear day you can see La Gomera. This hotel is as previous people have said, on a hill. we walked down to the beach which took us about half an hour, and walked back up again after. that took a little longer but was still a pleasant walk up. The hotel pool was lovely, check in and check out was a simple process, we would happily stay here again. There is no entertainment which is one of the reasons we chose this hotel in the first place.

El apartamento en general esta muy bien, el trato del personal es muy agradable. Lo malo que detacaria es que el bar, tiene un horario muy limitado, cierran a las 18:00 y la comida que ofrecen deja mucho que desear.

We hadden een vierkamerappartement nummer 051, die was iets hoger gelegen. Daardoor heb je een prachtig uitzicht over Costa Adeje en de oceaan. Het zwembad is daardoor wel iets verder weg, maar dat was ook nog prima te doen. En als bonus hadden we in de woonkamer en alle drie slaapkamers een airco, dat was echt super! In de beschrijving stond dat de vierkamerappartementen geen airco zouden hebben, maar die van ons dus wel! Alles bij elkaar een heerlijk verblijf, al was de schoonmaak wel matig, alleen her hoognodige werd gedaan.

KN Apartments. Good size family 4 apartments with hob fridge and microwave. Saved a ton of money on breakfast lunch and dinner. Beautiful pool and views. Clean and friendly.. No on site evening entertainment whatsoever, no bar. Games room usually closes at around 9 pm so kids on phones for night. If you want good value and quiet, this is the place
