Great apartment
Also Delfines is a great apartment and it’s location is very good, easy to get to the main areas. Only one thing I would say is it not suitable for people with young children or mobility issues as you have to climb alot of stars to get to the ground level.

The Wood’s Stay 27/9/23 to 1/10/23
Honestly the apartment is amazing and has everything you need (and more). The decor is modern but with a Spanish feel and is immaculate. We would 100% definitely stay here again, the location is perfect and sea views all around. A big ‘thank you’ to Lisa who manages the property she couldn’t do any more for us but definitely made this a perfect holiday. Regards Neil & Tracy

Wonderful Holiday
We had a fantastic 2 week break in Katie’s wonderful apartment it is exactly as shown in the photos with stunning views of the beach and the sound of the waves was delightful. There was everything you could need in the apartment as we like to cook for ourselves as well as eat out. The only addition I would recommend would be a sun-lounger which lies flat, this is just a personal preference as I prefer sunbathing on the balcony rather than on the beach. The apartment is perfectly situated with large supermarkets within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants and shops close by and we enjoyed walking into both Los Cristianos and Playa Las Américas which are both short walking distances away. Lisa who manages the apartment locally was extremely nice and helpful with everything including giving us specific instructions on where to ask the taxi to drop us off so we didn’t have to carry our suitcases up steps and where the local supermarkets where etc. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for an enjoyable relaxing holiday. We stayed for a month in March 2023. The property was excellent. Exactly as described and the view over las vistas beach was superb. Great location for the beach, shopping, bars and restaurants. Big shout out to Lisa who looked after our arrival and departure.

Amazing view, lovely apartment
The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. The views across the bay are spectacular and we saw some amazing sunsets! The main bedroom has access to the big balcony and the same views of the bay. The second bedroom is accessed from the internal courtyard inside the front door and therefore very private and almost like an annexe. It is considerably smaller than the main bedroom with an en suite shower room and little balcony but is very adequate with 2 single beds, ideal as a childrens bedroom. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need. Both Los Crostianos and Las Americas are within easy walking distance, 10 minutes or so. The only negative is that there are 2 sets of over 50 steps to get down to the level of the seafront which were quite challenging! Lisa, the representative who communicated in advance and welcomed us to the apartment, kindly advised us to tell the taxi to drop us the level above the apartment rather than below at street level as per the address which was extremely good advice as there is no way we could have carried our suitcase up the steps! All in all though we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the accommodation.

Good holiday
The apartment was lovely, lots of space with a beautiful view from the large balcony. It was extremely well equipped, had beach towels available, good quality crockery and cutlery. Unfortunately there is a noisy bar just down the road which doesn't close til about 5am and so disturbed our sleep some nights. There is a bit of an issue with local cats which we reported to the owner. A grating over the top of the entrance area would stop them.

Hello Emma, Thank you for your good appreciation regarding the quality of my apartment. For the small cats who are free around, know that they never enter the apartment, they are simply on the lookout for small birds which on the foliage of the patio enchant us in the morning. For noise pollution, the bar which is located about 300 m from the apartment closes much earlier (2 hours in the morning). What you may have heard are certainly people passing in front of the apartment at night. Thank you again for your good appreciation. Looking forward to seeing you again for a future stay. Il s’agit du meilleur logement que nous ayons eu à ce jour! Spacieux, extrêmement bien équipé et une vue qui nous fait ressentir chaque matin et chaque soir que nous sommes les plus heureux :) Nous avions tout à proximité, le centre de Las Americas, la page Las Vistas, SPAR et Mercadona pour les courses et pharmacie… Lisa est à l’écoute, nous avons même eu le droit à une petite surprise ;) Faites simplement attention, car les taxis de l’aéroport ne connaissent pas forcément la rue. Un plan avec les instructions serait un plus. Mais sans cela, tout est déjà parfait. Sans nul doute le meilleur logement que vous puissiez avoir dans le sud ! Merci infiniment!

Apt. befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand. Schöne dekorative Details. Komfortable Ausstattung, schöne Terrasse mit hochwertiger Möblierung und Blick auf Playa Las Vistas. Komplette Küchenausstattung in gutem Zustand. Restaurants, Supermärkte etc. gut fussläufig erreichbar. Höhenunterschied Apt. - Playa beträgt ca. 5 Stockwerke, viele Treppen, teils auch Rampen. Grundsätzlich kein Problem. Hohe Verkehrsbelastung auf Av. Habana durch LKWs zu und von den Fähren, hohe Lärmbelastung, relative Ruhe zwischen 3:00 und 6:30 Uhr. Je nach Witterung kann es zu Dieselrusseinträgen im Apt. durch Fährschiffe kommen. Gute Location für Unternehmungslustige und Strandliebhaber.

Emplacement idéal et vue superbe !
L'accès de l'appartement se fait par l'arrière de l'immeuble après avoir pris un escalier sur le coté de l'immeuble. L'appartement est superbe et très bien équipé (notamment la cuisine) avec une vue spectaculaire. Et très propre. Le terrasse est un vrai bonheur !!!! Le garage privatif est un vrai plus en centre ville! Vous serez face à la plus belle plage de Los Cristianos, tous les commerces sont au pied de l'immeuble et le centre est à 5 mns à pied. Il faut juste savoir que cet appartement est déconseillé aux personnes à mobilité réduite ou avec des poussettes bébé car vous n'échapperez pas à des escaliers assez raides. Petit bémol la rue est parfois bruyante la nuit et le matin . Il est facile de contacter le propriétaire par téléphone et il est vraiment très aimable. Nous conseillons sans hésiter cette location et c'est assurément là que nous irons si nous retournons à Los Cristianos.

Alles so gut wie erwartet
Das sehr gepflegte und großzügige Apartment bietet alles für einen wunderschönen Urlaub am Strand. Die mehr als 50 Treppen stören nicht, man muss halt gut zu Fuss sein. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass sich auch Selbstgekochtes auf der schönen Terrasse genießen lässt. Es kann Abends auch mal etwas lebhafter in der Umgebung sein, aber dafür ist man mittendrin.

A Real Gem 💎
We have just had the most relaxing stay in Katie’s apartment, we loved every moment. The view is fabulous and we spent many evenings and mornings enjoying a drink just watching the sea 🌊 listening to the waves. The location is brilliant on las vistas plenty of supermarkets and restaurants are on your doorstep, yes there is some street noise but it didn’t bother us too much. We can highly recommend “Bar Baldo” for amazing simple traditional tapas,,, literally right out the door and down the steps 👍 Apartment was very well equipped with everything you need even shopping bags and beach chairs for you to use. Good communication with Lisa & Katie Overall we want to come back…..

We have had a fantastic stay, apartment was well appointed a real home from home. Location was very central, view from the balcony was amazing, lots of steps up but no bother for us, toasted the sunset every night 🥂. Lisa checked us in and was very helpful in showing us how things worked in the apartment and kept us right with where the nearest supermarket was, etc nothing was too much bother (her banana and choc muffins were 😋). I would love to go back someday .

Traumhafte Wohung in traumhafter Lage
Sehr freundlicher Empfang, hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Große und geräumige Zimmer. Sehr sauber alles bei Ankunft. Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein. Bäcker, Supermärkte, Restaurants alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Strand picobello sauber jeden Tag, die Promenade lädt zu Spaziergängen direkt am Meer ein. Besonders froh waren wir auch über die eigene Garage die dabei war. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse aus einfach herrlich. Vielen Dank das wir in dieser Unterkunft Urlaub machen durften.

Stunning apartment and amazing view of Las Vistas Beach - we loved it!
A beautiful, spacious apartment with an amazing sea view and a lovely courtyard! The slight downside was the road noise at the front of the property but this would not stop us staying here again! The view of the sea and being able to hear the waves on the beach was fabulous - we used the balcony day and night to sit outside - great for relaxing, catching the sun and people watching! Lots of lovely restaurants/bars on your doorstep too but we weren't disturbed by any noise from them.

Modern and very spacious property, easily accommodates 4 adults. All cooking utensils provided, together with crockery, bed linen and towels. Extremely clean. Perfect position for a quick walk into Los Cristianos and just across the road from Las Vistas beach, however would advise against staying there if mobility was a problem due to the many steps to access the apartment. Christine and her husband were extremely friendly and helpful, Christine even organising a taxi for us to take us back to the airport. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again. We would highly recommend this property.

I cannot speak highly enough about the apartment. The view from every room is amazing and we would never bore of sitting in bed listening to the waves and looking out to sea. The decor is tasteful and there is plenty of storage. This is the nicest accommodation we have stayed in and I will be hard pushed to find anything if this quality in the future.

Schöne Wohnung an sehr "lebhafter" Straße
Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut, die Lage eigentlich optimal, wenn da nicht der Krach der Straße wäre. Strand, Restaurants etc. alles vor der Tür. Leider ist es rund um die Wohnung mehr als renovierungsbedürftig und ungepflegt. Für die vielen Treppen braucht man schon Energie, also nichts für ältere Leute.

The location was fantastic, the views from the balcony were breathtaking and Christine thank you so much for your help. The best appartment I have ever rented.
I absolutely loved the apartment. It is clean and well equipped. Beautiful spacious terrace with electrically operated sun canopies. The garage is a plus. We were met and shown the apartment by very friendly and helpful hosts who made my holiday perfect! The location is superb with something new to discover everyday within a short walk.

This apartment has the wow factor, it is spacious, well equipped with quality furnishings, the large comfortable balcony is perfect for taking in the amazing views, as is the lounge (large picture window, and bi fold doors) and, bedroom (patio doors opening onto the balcony). You are central for all parts of the resort, and, with a small well equipped supermarket very close, this apartment is a perfect base. Christine and her Husband were both very helpful with any queries we had. Would highly recommend.

Excellent! Lovely apartment with great location close to beach
We (two adults, two kids, one baby) spent almost two weeks in this apartment and we had a very good time. The location is great, you reach the beach in a few minutes. The apartment is also very nice, there's a balcony with view on the sea. There's also a lot of space. We definitely would love to get back there! Christine was also very helpful and responsive to questions.
