Ett riktigt bra hotell
Nyligen renoverat 5 stjärnigt hotell som är snyggt, rent, bra rum, trevlig personal, bra läge, lätt parkera, varma pooler, nära stranden, ok mat. Det enda negativa är att man tar för mycket betalt för maten i relation till nivån som levereras. Det är lyhört mellan korridor och rummen, vilket bör åtgärdas. Frukosten är utmärkt men något stojig vilket är naturligt med alla barn.

Very nice hotel, great big rooms and suroundings
The hotel is in the best area of Tenerife. Big spatious clean rooms with great balcony and huge bathroom. We had a great staying at the hotel and can't complain. I highly recommend the hotel.

Underbart hotell i lugnt område
Lugnt område alldeles intill Playa Americas , ligger detta fantastiska hotell. Härlig utsikt från balkong. Underbar barnklub/lekområde med alltid lika glada tjejer som tog hand om de små. Barnpassningen är på engelska/spanska och från 3 år uppåt. Vi har varit här två år i rad och kommer gärna tillbaka. Missa inte strandpromenaden utanför hotellet, till en första anblick ser det anspråkslöst ut men ta dig 5-10 min att gå längs med havet åt vänster en bit så upptäcker man flera restauranger och en sandstrand!

Toppen hotell
Fint hotell, stort rum, stort badrum, jätte fin trädgård och poolområde. Rent och fräscht. Frukosten var toppen ! Det ända man kan klaga på var att man måste betala för internet på rummet.

Toppenhotell med toppenläge!
Spenderat en vecka över påsk på Sheraton La Caleta - och våra förväntningar överträffades! Toppenservice, vänlig personal, fint och lugnt poolområde, smaklig frukostbuffé. Rummet var stort med rymligt badrum och trevlig terass. Väggarna var väl isolerade vilket gjorde att nattsömnen var ostörd. Dessutom var det hög kvalitet på sängarna. Det enda som kunde önskas i övrigt är att det hade varit trevligt med typ aquagym i den stora poolen- alltid uppskattat! Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Excellent relaxing hotel
Very nice hotel with an amazing view. We learned at our stay that the hotel has 7 categories of rooms depending on which price you want to pay. The room we booked through Hotels.com should have given us the most "low end" category of room. However we where for some reason upgraded to the highest category ! The better category the better position inside the hotel, e.g. ocean view and so on. But what we also learned is that all room no matter of category are equipped exatly the same. Just the layout could be different. Great people working there especially one little bit big-sized man working at the breakfast who was smiling everyday beeing so happy taking care of guests. Also the kids club girls were fanastic ! Only negative I found out was that the largest pool wasn't heated.

Had a lovely mini break in the Tivoli hotel in April. It is a beautiful hotel in an ideal location. Gorgeous restaurants are a short walking distance away along the coast on either side. The hotel has a very chilled atmosphere with very friendly staff. Played some golf while there which the staff helped organise. Lovely breakfast in the morning and the Beach Club and Guilty restaurant great options. Plenty of room around the pool. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

This hotel has had a remarkable make over, it’s slick modern and very well run for a new hotel. All the staff are all expertly trained and so friendly, making our stay an absolute pleasure. Simone the Italian girl in the bars / restaurants is an absolute asset to the hotel, and also the Spanish lady mana? ( with the short black & red hair!) was hilarious and so fun to be around, In fact everyone looked like they just loved working there! We will be back! But please sort out the pool music! 80’s music with Christmas songs!? Whams last Christmas & Mariah’s all I want for Christmas?? In march ? On a loop for 8 days!!! Brought the caliber down, we did ask reception to investigate but nothing sadly, and had us reaching for our headphones ( hotel cos music would be more fitting for this hotel’s class & clientele!)

This newly refurbished hotel is an absolute gem, we had a fantastic time here for 4 nights in March. We stayed in an Ocean view suite (3 of us) and it was fabulous, with an amazing view and huge balcony. By staying in this suite we were entitled to eat breakfast in La Caleta lounge- what a treat! A VIP area by the pool with waiter service and all food made to order- what a refreshing change to have a tranquil breakfast away from the usual hotel buffets (although the buffet at Tivoli really did look great too). We were also entitled to using the adults only pool (for 16 years ), a brand new area with 3 small pools and plenty of sun loungers. We dined out in the evenings, it's around 15 minute walk along the promenade path to La Caleta or Costa Adeje, both with lots of restaurants to choose from if you fancy a change from the hotel. Not that you do need to leave the hotel really as the gorgeous cocktail bar at the hotel has fabulous comfy hanging chairs and bean bags with quality music entertainers in the evening- nothing tacky or loud here. The food during the day is also fabulous with Guilty, the poolside bar having a great vibe and tasty food including Poke bowls and sushi alongside burgers and nachos. Then there's the brand new spa where my teenage daughter and I had superb facials and spent a lovely peaceful time enjoying the hydrotherapy pools. The staff throughout were so friendly and helpful- we will definitely be back!

Good location. The hotel has rebranded, updated and much improved bedrooms and bathrooms. Great new restaurants have been added, existing pools are much improved and new pools for exclusive use added. A new concept has been initiated and this includes the new addition of extensive sound systems about the pool and restaurants. We reported concern at the volume of sound, music and singing; at some locations it was possible to hear competing music from more than one source. This issue was raised by guests and we are encouraged the General Manager has taken on board the need for guests to have access to quiet zones. The staff are excellent and very helpful and attentive. Many have been at the hotel for years.

The Sheraton is a quality hotel which we have now visited 4 times and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. It is a shame that the Japanese restaurant is no longer operating.

The property still looks very impressive from the outside, but a little tired inside. We have stayed at the hotel on 5 or 6 occasions and feel that it needs refurbishing now. Very helpful staff, as always.
