“It was great! The room was clean and nice. However, be mindful that they have a resort fee that they might want you to pay covering aspects as free water, gym access etc. They were professional when we said that we have not used any of the facilities that it covered and then we did not need to pay it. “This hotel was most memorable. The furnishings, lighting, and other aspects of the hotel were very eclectic. We went at Christmas and the interior was decorated so nicely. It was warm and inviting with the wood tones and upscale decorations, every person that we dealt with at this hotel is most accommodating and extremely friendly. We definitely give them an A+ plus on service. The sisters from Virginia will definitely be back! ”

“Having heard only good things about the hotel, we had high expectations - but ended up extremely disappointed. The location is very noisy - we didn’t sleep until after 3AM any night and nothing has been done in the rooms to reduce the outside noise. While a location can be noisy, at least we’d expect a luxury hotel to deal with it at least to some extent. The check in was arrogant and outright unfriendly. “From the moment we arrived it was obvious the staff understood hospitality as their pleasantness was not forced or fake. You could tell they liked what they did and were glad to be there. The bathroom literally gleamed. Not a water spit or piece of dust to be found. Each of the guest rooms were unique in setup and art and accessories. Location was perfect. This place was great!”

“The place is very spacious, enough for 2 kids and 2 adults to have their own space. Nice view of the city. If you don’t mind the walk, you can get to downtown. Area is quiet since it’s far enough from the main busy areas. ”
